We regret to inform everyone that oon the recent resignation of the majority of the Board of Director, collapse (on their part) is imminent. As mandated by the association's bylaws, the Chair of the Crisis Management Committee & its members shall take charge of the management of the association.

In connection with Circular No. 2021-002 dated 09 February 2021, we are pleased to inform everyone that the Crisis Management Committee was formally inducted recently and shall continue to exist for a period of three (3) months.

The following rules and regulations must be STRICTLY followed by all residents in relation to the NEW VARIANT DETECTED.

Please be reminded about the CAMELLA Lipa Deeds of Restrictions pertaining to car park on streets.

As for initial implementation, starting March 2,2021 everyone is urged to do their part by segregating recyclable household waste and put them in a clear plastic bag . The maintenance personnel are in-charge in collecting them every Tuesdays in weekly basis. 

We are pleased to inform everyone of the updated lists of the Officers/Members of the different committees appointed and reappointed recently by the Board of Directors.
